Why use TLT anyway? Futures are so much cheaper and cleaner. I just use the ETFs for charts, since you can bring up long-term prices in Yahoo or anywhere. I've noticed that commercial traders have steadily increased their long positions in 10's and 30's over the last several weeks. One frustrating thing about TLT, however, is that it seems to be way underperforming the ZB futures contract over the last 10 or so days. Do you know why that is?
