I snapped these photos of gold coins for sale at a Western Union in a German train station. Pretty cool, but a sign of a top?

I Think you might be wrong on this one, Mike: a top is when people want to hold into gold, no matter the cost (like during the tech bubble, people wanted to own shares, no matter the cost).
Here is the opposite no?
Maybe i’m the one confused though

They are *selling* gold at Western Union: “Jetzt gold holen” means “Now get gold.”

ah ok. in any case i think we are far from mania for now and that gold will go a lot higher (specially in non usd currencies) after the correction
